OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION

• Provides our guests with 5-star ultra-luxury customer service thriving to go the extra mile at all times by being intuitive, refined and engaging.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; resolves customer complaints; assist customers with inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Reports all discrepancies, complaints or important information to supervisor or appropriate personnel that will aid in high-level guest satisfaction.
• Dispatch and assist with all Security requests and calls to respond to alarms, Investigate Disturbances, and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor employee Entrance /Loading dock & check in contractors /vendors & visitors
• Generate clear concise reports relating to thefts, internal/external guest injuries, damaged property, unusual occurrences and normal patrolling results.
• Patrol the interior, exterior and perimeter of property via foot and cart to preserve order and protect property and assets in different environmental situations.
• Monitor phones and answer general inquiries and L&F to guests.
• Provide basic First Aid. CPR when needed.
• Maintain professional attitude when handling any crises.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience. Experience as a Security Officer for a luxury or ultra-luxury property and Fire Safety.

Education. High school or equivalent 

General Skills

• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in basic computer skills and able to perform job functions with attention to detail
• Previous luxury hotel security experience preferred
