Role

We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Officer to join our Talent & Culture team at Rosewood London. Our Learning and Development Officer is entrusted with maintaining and continuing to develop efficient learning and development processes and services to support the needs of the business. 

Key expectations of this role are

• Driving our culture through the on-boarding Discovery process.
• Coordinating and facilitating legal and compliance training as well as managing the administration of all training related matters.
• Providing departmental trainers and managers with training support and ensuring all associates have completed ITP’s within their 3 month probation.
• Delivering a series of effective training schemes to let each of our associates understand the service philosophy of Rosewood Hotel.
• Creating and updating e-learning modules, ensuring new users and administrators are created and trained on the system.
• Coordinating and monitoring associate participating in external training and educational programmes, gaining feedback and carrying out evaluation.
